Who We Are?
The BCIT Engineering Students Society (ESS) is a student-run club dedicated to the collaboration between the engineering disciplines: Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical. To do this, our goal is to provide a communal workspace and hold a friendly competition. These competitions will allow students to compete with and against other disciplines.

Western Engineering Competition
Western Engineering Competition (WEC) is a University-wide competition that brings together Western students from all disciplines and years to compete with each other in different Engineering disciplines.

Mini-Wec is a BCIT administered Engineering competition across the campus for every Engineering student from every field and year,
Eggdrop
Eggdrop is an informal event where students have to design an enclosure for a chicken egg and drop it from the specified height. The egg must not break.
